Code of Conduct

A core principle of this event is to encourage an open and inclusive environment in the field, consequently, it is very important to us that we foster an environment in which all participants, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability or any other characteristic feel welcomed and respected. This code of conduct outlines our expectations for all attendees to contribute to this environment.

Please be mindful of the language you use, discriminatory or exclusionary language will not be tolerated. Take care to ensure all communication is professional and appropriate for a diverse audience.

We strive to make the conference accessible to all participants. If you have specific accessibility needs, please notify the organizers in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Any form of harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited, this includes but is not limited to unwanted physical contact, intimidation, violent language and recording of others without their permission.
